Default Re-assign right soft key?

I have had my Q all of 2 days, and I installed a 3rd party app to make the start menu different, and it didn't work. So I deleted the files, but now the right soft key that was assigned to Contacts gives me:

Alert: Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

Holly

hmz, since you've had it so short you probably don't have a lot installed... just do a Master Reset, that's the easiest & quickest.

is it the right menu software that i posted?
if so you have to put the files back on the Q...then go in to the program and go to options and uncheck the box that says 'use' so the button will go back to normal...
then you can delete the files...if you dont do that you will get that error message

Why yes it was! Thanks, I'll try that...

It was such a pain to set up my emails I really don't want to do a hard reset unless absolutely necessary!
