Default Random alert notifications?!??!

I keep getting a notification sound and when I check my phone there is no new email, text, voicemail, or appointment/meeting alert. Is there something I am missing somewhere?

Missed call? I guess you would have seen that..just started happening? How long have you had the phone?

no missed call either. THere's never any voicemail, missed call, email, text symbols anywhere. I've had the phone a couple months and I guess it's always done this. It's just getting very irritating. You check the phone and there's nothing new to view.

Is it totally random? Any chance there's some sort of alarm clock or reminder setting that needs to be nuked?

Grabbin' at straws now...

I have the alarm clock disabled and there's no reminders popping up.

Is it possible it chirps when it moves from "Sprint" to "Home" to "EV" to "1x"? That's about all I can think.

The service tone might be the culprit.

This is what I have

Service Tone = OFF
Minute Beep = OFF
Call Drop Tone = OFF

Since I am not using the phone when the beep occurs I don't think it's the call drop.

Hmm...what kind of regularity? Few times a day, once a week? Does location make a difference (happen more at home than work/school etc.)?
