Default Question on deleting from the storage card

I've got a 2 gig storage ard and it's showing like 500 empty folders on it. I've looked and can't find how to delete them. So, how do you delete things from the storage card? And how can I tell if it backed up my Q?

Thanks!

Try using activesync file explorer. Find your card and delete away. This is from your desk top of course.

Well, actually I had already tried doing this...but I couldn't find the card listed, thus why I posted

Ok, I played with it some and found the card listed under 'My Windows Mobile-Based Device'

I found it, but cannot delete any of the folders...error is 'cannot delete . folder, access is denied'. All 512 folders are named . 'period' .
