Default Question on a WM6 feature

I just got my Q9M, and I use it mainly for business messaging, but have very much enjoyed the extras as well.

Here goes- one thing I hated about WM5, was that there was no way to send a "Contact" or calendar item as a vCard or vCalendar item.

It appears that I can do that with WM6, but when I try to send either a contact or calendar item, it automatically tries to send it out of the MMS "profile"- normally I would have thought it'd try to send it out of the "Outlook" profile (the one you can't get rid of). I am trying to get it to send out of one of my IMAP accounts.

The calendar did let me specify the desired IMAP account for "attendee" type responses, but nothing else.

Any help?

RB- I know you can beam or BT a contact card, but I need (or want to) send it via an email. I.E.- my cohort says over the phone, what's Bob's contact information- can you send it to me? I then say sure- send it as a vCard attachment via email to him. If someone's not near you, you can't BT or beam, but you already know that.

It's possible on the q9m (and presumably the other devices), but it only will attach that file to a MMS message, and not an "email"- I'm trying to figure out if anyone has figured a way to get the vCard and vCalendar items to attach to email message.

I hope this makes sense.

I can't figure it out either....only seems to be as an mms....stupid....also beaming is not an option on the q9m, no IR port.....
