Default Q/Sling/Verizon

Just wondering if anyone using their Q has had any issues from Verizon with streaming TV? I read in their data user agreement that streaming TV is forbidden (I'm assuming due to bandwidth). Anyone had a problem? I'm not talking about watching it all day or night, but if my wife is in a store or we're at the airport for a bit it'd be nice.

at one point when i talked with a crs at Verizon i mentioned that i might watch some tv on my Q, i believe she made a note in my account... she did not mention any policy that would forbid me to do it, then again csr's are known for saying different/conflicting things :}

Per the updated terms of use/agreement with Verizon, 5GB is the point at which they raise an eyebrow at you. What they do at that point I don't know. I'd assume they'd warn you first, and then terminate the account if you're a repeat offender.
