 |  Mine says the same thing! I was hopin to find the answer. This phone is terrible! This is the 4th one I've had because it constantly stops booting up. It just goes to the verizon screen and stays - never fully powering on!! Everytime I take it back & get a new 1 they say, no one has these problems but you. I threw away my charger & got a new 1- no change. No damn good!
