 |  q problems for computer idiot. Ok, I admit I am not a computer expert by any stretch of imagination. The company gave me a Motorola Q Smartphone for additional job related stress. Two questions that I cannot find the answers to that are probably easily solved if I knew what I was doing. 1. When I open email, there is a message that says there is not enough room to open the message. Is there anyway to increase the memory so that these email can come through. 2. When I try to sync the Q to the computer, a message pops up and says attention required and the Q cannot connect to the proxy server. Any ideas on correcting this issue?
