Default Q NEWBIE HERE needs help!!!
I just bought my 1st Q (black) and the software is downloaded but my phone will not connect to my laptop. I want to download some stuff but it just wont work. Is there something else I need to download to my laptop for it to work? I want to upload some songs and ring tones. This is driving me crazy! Thanks in advance for the help.

Did you install the disc that came in the box?

Its white, and says Moto Q. Install it once, if it only installs to Active Sync 4.0 restart computer and install again. Thats what I did and it worked.
