On the 5th one, all the updates MOL3. I think the way this phone is working now, is the way Moto intended for it to work. Have not shut off once, or froze, not even an error of any sort. 2 weeks now. and I can go DAYSSSSS well 2 days without charging the thing, even though I'm on it all day. I smile when I look at my phone now. Did a mention, I can leave my phone on without charging for 2 whole days, and still have a bar left.

ya, please share! i have the extended battery and not using the phone all day with all the apps killed when im done using them the battery is still dead in 7 hours

I didn't do anything special. This is my 5th Q had so many problems with the other four. Sprint promised me if I had to send this one back they would give me a choice of ANY phone in that price range, so I already had my mind set that I was going back to the treo. To my surprise phone has just being going and going. Only facade, and sprite back, citiID, and Magicall, PDAnet those are the only programs I have on now. and some registry hacks. Internet speed is lightning, programs are lightning fast, and the battery thing, I can't explain it. I had a charger at home, one in my car, and an extra in case I had to go to someone house, and one at work. Now one charge is all you need for a day and sometimes 2 days. It was like night and day from all the other Q's I had. and they gave me a free 2 gig mini card, a new holster (not gonna use it) and 25 dollar acount credit for my troubles. I threatened to leave, cause I'm not on contract. SO EVERY CALL SPRINT AND TELL THEM YOU ARE LEAVING, AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU FREE THINGS.

There is definitely something wrong here. I have mol3 and a 1640 extended battery and I can go almost 3 days on one charge and that's with usage on these apps: pockettv, PIE, Yahoo go, mms, sms, checking email, msnbc.

And taking calls!

After day1 I'm usually still at full strength. Sorry dude.

I'm on my 4th phone right now and in the same boat as you. So far it's perfect!

I have mol3 and can barely get 1 day on normal use (some internet and 5 -10 short phone calls)

rickyrick1984 I have a question you said you are on your 5th Q. Who did you go thru Motorola or Sprint. Did you have to pay a deductible to get the replacement everytime? I'm asking because I'm having problems with my phone and I went to sprint since I have the insurance and they said that I have to pay 50 to get a new phone. When I went thru motorola they said they would send me a new phone but I would have to send mine first and wait two weeks. I don't know what to do if to pay for it or to stay 2 weeks without a phone. any suggestions

nice, i guess it must be some sort of new moto update? cause i just got my 3rd replacement Q Friday and i got home charged it completely (around 2pm) and ever since then i haven't had to recharge it and i'm sitting at 3 bars right now (right now 9:39am) =)
