how long have you had your Q? within a year? if so, then you can get as many free replacements because its still covered under the manufactures warranty. After that year then thats when your insurance pays for it meaning you have to pay the deductible..stupid alltel is like 85-95 bux for a smart phone!! so it all depends on your carrier..

see that's what i thought i have had my phone for less then a year and they are telling me that I have to pay a 50 deductible which I don't understand since my phone is still uner warranty.
