 |  q freezes as soon as it boots up. I have no ringers or pictures stored on the phone, yet somehow I only have 22k of memory out of 50mb. It at first wouldn't delete any texts, call history, emails, etc. I did a hard reset and it didn't fix it, so I was going to do a master reset, and now it freezes as soon as it boots up.

| Okay so get this. I just did a master reset, and THAT won't even take. So I can't delete anything, I have only 20k of space left, and not even a master reset will clear the device!
