Default Program Code for EVDO to 1X only

Hi, I know it is the fourm somewhere but I can't find it. I need the program code that takes me to the menu where i can change my phone from Automatic (evdo/1x) to CDMA only... Since Evdo is not in my area yet, it really saves my battery when its not trying to look for EV network all the time.... I have a sprint moto q. I think the code starts out ##3...... not sure though.

well I googled it and found it its ##33284# sorry for the post.

Thanks

Default

I'm in a weak area too and it makes a HUGE difference in battery life to set it to 1x only.

On Verizon, the menu shows up if you dial ##* then hit send. Not sure if that's help you though.

The setting is located in field test setings -> HDR Preference (set to CDMA Only)

I'm really sick of no Ev unless I manually change it back, but I don't last the day with the extended battery set that way.

Thank you very much for this, is there a list of all of these "hidden" features? What do the other settings in the Field test mode do and where can I find out more about them?
