Default Profile issues
No matter what profile I try, I can't get the silent icon to disappear. I noticed it last night when I saw the missed calls.

What can I do to get the phone ringing again without a master reset?

any help would be appreciated.

You probably did, but have you restarted the phone?

master reset? I don't think so...

Yeah, I turned it off and took the battery out for a couple of minutes and it is still not ringing. I've tried to edit the profile(normal) and I can't get the silent mode icon to leave.
