Yes. I seem to have fixed it, although it's still sluggish. Pressing down VERY hard with a pencil eraser seems to have 'unstuck' it and now it's working, albeit not as easily as the other phone. Yes, I could return it and get another, but my sprint guy says that could cause problems with the rebate. Now it seems to be working well enough so I'll wait and see what other problems crop up first
