delta5 Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 17 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	You have to have active-sync from microsoft installed on your computer. Then download the updater tool from the Motorola website. Connect your Q to the pc and start activesync. It will detect and syncronize your Q. Then start the updater tool. It will find the Q and check the serial number and then tell you if there is an update for it. If so, it will download and install the update.
