Problems playing videos w/ Q

I just rec'd my 2 gig minisd to load into my MQ and I loaded a few videos on it so I could play them on my phone but it has a delay. I thought that once I loaded the memory it would work fine but it still skips and has a delay while the sound plays fine. Is there another form of software that I might need to load to play the videos on? Let me know when you get a chance.

Same problem here. Subscribing in the hopes of someone knowing how to fix this or if there's a better/alternate player.

A lot of people use the TCMP (the core media player). There is a free version in the free software section located on the front page of everythingq.

Um, what size is the original video? What did you use to downsample it? What bitrate? Keep in mind that the phone has a 200MHZ processor and the screen is 320x240 in size. Don't try to play back 1920x1080 HD files which require a dual core PC or something like that.
