Problems after master reset

I am receiving a unknown error 0x80072f78 after a master reset of the moto Q

All I am trying to do is through Activesync access the web, and download stuff, I was able to do this before,

after the reset I cant connect to any page and get this error

Yes I did, still the same problem

I thought activesync wouldnt need this, since its through usb cable

Active Sync wouldn't need this indeed.. did you try to delete the old "partnership" in Active Sync and set up a new one ? (which would not solve your inability to get on-line)

I set it up as a new device, like the first time I plug in a phone

Setup on what needs to be sync and stuff, and choose a name
