Problem with VoiceSignal?

Please, help.

After succesfully using for a couple of days a bluetooth headset, the voice recognition software of my Q collapse, and now everytime i turn the voicesignal on it gives me an error and ask to send an error-information log to microsoft...

Anyone knows how to fix a problem like this? could it be the file corrupted and now i have to copy a new "SignalVoice.exe" file to the phone? if so, where can i find it.
