Problem with Q

I did a search and couldn't find anything.

I have a problem with my Q. Whenever I press the down cursor an 8 comes up and then it goes to a select content screen. I have never dropped it or gotten it wet. Any ideas? Hopefully it's not broke.

how long have you had the phone?
perhaps a master reset could fix the issue...if not..then perhaps a trade in is in order

I have had it for about 8 months. I have never reset it either. The weird thing is one day it works fine and then the next day it doesn't.
