Default Problem with POP3

I am still receiving the following error whenever I try to send/receive for new email....even though my email is download. Also, I am unable to reply to email....just going to outbox not sent items. I've deleted and re-created by email account 5 times today. Here is the error:

An error occurred while downloading messages. Verify that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct and then try again.

Well, I do have network coverage can get IE, etc. Also, I verified my email settings ( I changed nothing) But, after press "done" goes back to my inbox and new email shows up.

Has this happened to anyone before? If so can anyone help me.

I've call motosupport and they told me to delete acct, remove battery. Did all that, last thing they said was do a master reset or update software from website. This will be my last resort......just wanted to see if anyone else has had this same problem.

Here is some additional information:

Push send/receive

Q says CONNECTING...

Q says ERRORS (about a nanosecond after it says connecting)

Error is: An error occurred while downloading messages. Verify that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct and then try again.



Well...I have network coverage and the info is correct. This error appears before the Q even hits the server, which I've verified by watching the maillog on the server.
