Default Problem changing a recurring appointment

I have a recurring appointment set in Outlook. When I want to make changes to one event (not all) on the Q and then sync it to the computer, the computer overwrites the chnaged event. Is there any setting that can correct this?

Default I also have a recurring appointment problem

Sorry to thread squat but I did not want to start an additional thread with the same title. I have my profile set to automatic and appointments set every Monday-Friday from 9a-6p (my work day) so the phone will go to vibrate. Well this week they have changed my hours to 8:30a-5:30p and I can not figure out how to either cancel all existing appointments and create new recurring ones or just make an edit that would work for all of them. Thanks.

i think both of these problems can be solved in outlook on the PC or a 3rd party PIM software like: extreme agenda or papyrus

the standard calendar app on the Q isnt very good

Alrighty figured my problem out.

Go into the calendar and choose your current day. Hit menu and Delete Appointment. It will prompt you "Do you want to delete this series" Yes or No. Hit Yes and tada.

I was going to the calendar and choosing the current day but was trying to Edit the event. Does not work that way.

Hope this can help someone else.
