ok i'm new on the forum. well i was out at a local car show and my battery died. and i just plugged it in to charge whenever i got home and now it's staying on the verizon wirless black screen.
and it's like turning white and like white bars and lines are just moving back and forth.
no idea what happened.

Unplug and hold down the "End Call" red button for 10 seconds. If the phone doesn't turn off when you release the button, pull out the battery. Replace the battery back into the compartment and turn the phone on. If it works, you're good. If it doesn't start up, exchange it for a new one.

i've had the phone for sometime now and it just started randomly doing it.

i just tried the method but it seems as if the battery is not charging at all. i think the battery is bad.
