I have a moto q how do I turn on the qwerty backlight??? I can't figure it out. Please...I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out.

check your settings in power managment..

start > settings > power managment > backlight timeout

My setting are all fine I just think my qwerty might be messed up because sometimes it's one and sometimes its off but mostly off I think I just might go into a store for help
