Default Playing Audio While attached to bluetooth headset

Hi,
I bought an adapter for the earpiece socket and I connect my Moto Q to my Car Stereo Aux input to listen to music. My problem is that if I connect my bluetooth headset the audio switches to this. What I would like to know is: Can I play the music through the adapter and have my bluetooth headset switched on just to receive calls if they come in?
Thanks

I don't think so. The BT shorts out the direct earphone plug when it sees your BT headset.

The diret line into your stereo must sound good.

did you try changing the settings in the BT section? there is an option to play all audio via BT. if you uncheck this it will still shoot all calls to BT but play notifications and audio via the phone. i have mine set this way because my car grabs the phone's BT automatically and i was missing txt/email notifications. i have listened to audio the same way you are discussing via a cassette adapter plugged into the phone jack and it works fine.

give it a try.

I had the same problem a while back. Do what above poster said...change the setting..uncheck the box that says "use hands free for standard audio" found in bluetooth settings (E) then right soft key for menu then advanced in the list.
