Plantronics Explorer 320 Warranty I've had my Q for a couple of months now and love it. I also purchase a Plantronics Explorer 320 at the same time. This has been a great headset but now, the push button has quit working. This means that I can not answer a call, disconnect a call, pull up voice recognition to dial by name or even turn off the headset. It works fine as long as I control everything from the phone and accept the fact that I can never turn off the headset.
I found the warranty contact information in the user guide and tried to call. They are not open on Sunday so, I will call them on Monday. I'll let everyone know the quality of the Plantronics support after tomorrow. I have a feeling it will go something like this.....Send us the defective headset, we will test it, if it appears to be faulty, we will send you a new or refurbished one in it's place. That's fine with me except, I have to do without a headset for a month or so while this happens........I'll let you all know. |
