Photo as background - Motorola Q Forum

I have a photo as my background that I would like to transfer to my new phone by email or text. The problem I have is that the photo that I took does not show up in photos. Is there another place that I can find this photo? Thanks

I have a Q that is not workign properly so Verizon sent me another I want to take background from the old one and email it to myself so that I can keep it.

If it was a picture that you took with your Q it will be in the My Documents folder. Or if you save your pictures to a storage card it should be in a folder labled DCIM

I took the photo on my Q and it was in the photo folder, when I upgraded the software on the phone I sent it via email to myself and put it back on the phone as background.

So you have it now? I'm not sure what your stating. You could also check in your email that you sent it to to see if it's still there.

No I dont have it in any of my old email. The only place i can find it on my phone is in setting-Home screen. I am not able to copy it or do anything with it in that folder
