 |  Phone won't turn on I have had my Q now for around 6 months. I bought it used off of eBay, and all was good. Well, after a while, the phone wouldn't turn on. It would show the "Alltel Wireless" screen, and just shut off. I tried my aunt's battery in my phone, and it worked. So, I bought the extended battery and it worked. Now, just this morning I go to turn it on, and the same thing happened. It starts up after hitting the power button 20 times(not exactly, just thought of a number), shows the Alltel Wireless screen, and powers back down. Anybody have a remedy? And if not, how much does a new phone cost? I was looking at the LG Glimmer, and the retail price says $419.99. Since my contract isn't up, do I have to pay that full price? Link to Glimmer |

 | you may have to do a master reset. this will delete all of your data. hold the center silver keys when turning on the phone |
