Phone turns off and on by itself

I was recently at the doctor and had to turn my phone off before going into the office, when i came out and turned my phone on, firstly i didnt hear the startup sound, then the phone says that it is off, so when i go into the wireless manager, there is no option to turn the phone back on, only to turn on my bluetooth, then it goes off and comes back on, i took the battey out of the phone but that doesn't work, is the anyway to soft reset the phone, please any help will be appreciated.

try attempting a call then it will ask you if you want to turn your phone on

tried that but its says wireless radio must be attached in order to use the phone.

I have this exact same problem, can anyone give some help? This is really a problem as I use this for business and I do not get phone calls because it automatically turns itself off. Thanks!
