Phone keeps defaulting to vibrate!

I finally tried to download some ringtones and now my phone will play the ringtone, but it also makes a ringing type sound along with the ringtone. I will set a ringtone, it plays and also has an annoying double ring along with the ringtone. When I check Sounds/Ringtone it shows "Vibrate". I will set the ringtone again and when the phone rings it changes back to "vibrate"! I've tried turning it off/on, I've tried setting the ringtone in the Media Center. Can someone pleassssse give me some help!
