Default Permanent Deleting?

I know you can remove programs with your Q with the remove program function, but is there a way to delete a program where it doesn leave any traces on your Q? I'm having problems with Push Effect and the support person suggested removing it and reinstalling it. I did that and as soon as I reinstalled it , I didnt have to reenter any serial codes or anything. They were already there.

Any ideas? I have Resco Explorer, I thought this may have been able to it.

Those are your email data files. If you delete them, you will most likely be deleting your emails.

It must have worked at some point. I use it, and that is the same directory mine appear in, not in the device memory.
