Default Outlook Sync Error

I have noticed if I add events to the Moto Q9M from Outlook via Active sync, all the times in the calendar on the Q9M are off by 1 hour. They are all correct on my PC but the Q9M they are all 1 hour later. Any ideas what this issue is being caused from?

Actually if I add the event on the Q9M, and sync to the PC, it does the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated...TIA

Have you installed the necessary DST updates for your Q, your PC, and for Outlook? Also, is the time zone setting correct on your Q?

Yes the times zones are the same and they both read the correct current time. This was happening even before DST too.

Both of the times read correct on the PC and on the phone, along with proper time zones. I cant figure out what the issue is.
If I enter the event on the phone, it saves correct on the phone and syncs 1 hour earlier on the PC. If I enter the event on the PC, it syncs on the phone 1 hour late. So the time is only correct on the device that I entered it on. Any ideas?
