I've sorta been having the same problem today. Just got the Q and been trying to sync it to Outlook Express on my computer, but when Active Sync opens up it saids I need to install Outlook. I just want to sync it so I can back up my contacts.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Outlook and Outlook Express aren't the same. The Q only supports the full blown version of Outlook.
