Default Outlook Calendar off by 1 hour

My q syncs with an exchange server, on my pc the meetings show up correctly but are an hour off on my calendar on the Q. I am smart enough to know that this is because of DST and I hope the issue corrects itself on Saturday night, is there anything i can do in the meantime to have the calendar on my q show the right meeting times?

There's a Windows Mobile DST update that needs to be installed (I don't know if any Q's come with it pre-installed (maybe some of the later ones?). It's available at the Windows Mobile website.

I am having the same issue, and my phone is only a week old (Q9M). Both of the times read correct on the PC and on the phone. I cant figure out what the issue is.
If I enter the event on the phone, it saves correct on the phone and syncs 1 hour earlier on the PC. If I enter the event on the PC, it syncs on the phone 1 hour late. So the time is only correct on the device that I entered it on.

my thread found here: http://www.everythingq.com/forum/motorola-q/outlook-sync-error-18756.html

I dont know if you figured out your problem, but I got mine to work finally. It seems that Windows XP needed an update and also I added a windows mobile update and it took care of my problem. See this link for details:
