Lightbulb Outlook: 2 Issues that I cannot solve

Hey All,

I've searched and searched and am trying to find answers to questions that might not have been brought up before.

Problem 1: I have my outlook mailsetup to have only 3 days of mail. However, I have mail that is almost a month old in my outlook inbox. I've tried switching to 1 week, synching, and nothing happened. Any other quick fixes to have only 3 days of mail? The obvious and most time consuming answer is to delete and redo the account. I'd like to see if there is another solution.

Problem 2: MEMORY! My memory is full. I do not use my phone for pictures or music. I only use my phone for email - I have two accounts - gmail and outlook.

So here is my question - I bought a 2GB card - Is there anyway to have my ENTIRE outlook run off of the card? That way when any large emails come through and I want to download the entire message, I am running off of the card memory that can accomodate it.

If that is not possible, what other solutions can I have that will allow me to shift my emails around? I'd rather not manually move individual emails to the card from my phone.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!

Pocket Outlook can not be run from the storage card (it's installed in ROM), check out the hack forum/threads for moving the email to the storage card.

As far as e-mail is concerned, you might want to try setting the download size limit to .5 KB or 1 KB. You can still get the gist of messages and manually download only those necessary.

I *believe* the 3 day thing is to download mail from the last 3 days that you have not already gotten, not to erase mail that's older than 3 days & has been previously downloaded.

In regards to the memory issue, try clearing your temporary files from Internet Explorer.

SK Tools Lite (it's free) is also good to clean up your Q's memory. I have the CAB file on my apps page if you need it.
