Default Only had the Q for 2 days...

and it's already shutting off on it's own. I tried to restart and nothing. I took the battery out and nothing. I charged it for a while then turned it on, and the first Verizon screen looked like poltergeist. The screen was flashing, and I still can't get it to turn on. HELP!!

So, I charged it for about 20 more minutes and turned it on. The thing works fine. I guess when the battery is completely dead, the thing goes on the fritz.

Sounds like the same problem Im having with mine - the phone is plugged in and charging, and then shuts itself off of after a while. I was late for work this morning because I didnt have my alarm since the phone was kaput.

to make sure, i'd take it back since it's only been a few days. I'm so pissed with these bad Q's out in the wild.

Exclamation I've got the same problem !!!

I got the Q on Friday and charged the battery overnite. Phone keep dying after every couple of Hours. Only way to get it back is to remove the battery. If it s known problem Why Motorola keep selling it!!!

Sprint is getting a call from very angry customer

Mine is doing something similar.

It's completely shutting off once a day (with a full battery), and other times the radio locks up.

When the radio locks up I can do "PDA" functions, but can't make any calls or transmit data. I have to either power cycle the radio. or the device to make it work again.
