Noticable Hum from Screen when lit up

I have a noticable humming from the screen on my Q when I am watching a movie or when the screen backlight is on. Is this normal. I just started to notice it tonight when watching a movie. Its not coming from the speakers, its coming from the front area near the keyboard directly below the screen and disappears when the backlight goes out.

I am running Candle Light if that matters.

I read somewhere that the humming sound happens when the Moto Q is Iddle such as watching videos(from storage card or streaming video) or using too many applications at the same time, but I am not sure.

In Fact, I am a little annoyed gentle hum that was present when the screen brightness was on. I'm not sure what that’s about, but if it’s anything like the MacBook hum, someone will probably post about it and you’ll be thrilled to death with everyone’s story about a humming MotoQ.

I've read that it's actually the keypad buzzing. You can hear the buzz on any Q if you stick your ear up to it. But some Qs buzz louder than others. people have been able to get replacements because of this. But from what i remember they could hear the buzz from a couple of feet away.

I just noticed this today. The keypad buzzes so loud that when you make a call you can hear it in the earpiece. It is rather annoying. Do all q's do this?

I cannot hear mine unless I'm listening for it.

i do got a buzz...it'a a little noticeable, but not that loud..i thought it was just coming fom the speaker on the front @ the top...

I hear buzzin as well when I put the keyboard up to my ears and the screen is on. Not noticeable though unless I do it that way. Also, disappears when the screen goes back to black.

Precisely. It buzzes when lit only and when in a quiet room you can hear the buzz while holding the phone earpiece up to your ear. It really sucks.
