| If they are showing up on the Day view on the Q but not the month view then the appointment is set to FREE instead of TENTATIVE or BUSY. This is by design. FYI If your profile is set to automatic, any BUSY appointments will switch the profile to MEETING from NORMAL. Tentative appts will not switch the profile but still show on the month view.
