No voice prompt heard

Hi,

my new Q of about 3 weeks suddenly stopped having audible voice prompt in the voice dial program. The screen still shows the prompting as if it is audible. The Q worked great, no new installations in the last week or so.

Also, when I plugged the phone into the wall charger, it used to make a sound and now the sound is gone. All the settings are "ON" for the voice prompts, I took out the battery, placed it back in, no results. Anyone had a similar problem? and how did you resolve it?
