Probably need to return your phone to Sprint for a "software update"....LOL! That was what they told me 5 times a week when we had them... worst service I ever have seen. Dumped them and never looked back.
Sorry I know I didn't help your problems -- but you probably DO need to go see Sprint and see what they'll do for you.
