Alright, I got the re-program to go through successfully, made a call to my work, hit end call, the call ended and then it said "searching" then "no service" for about 30 seconds and back to home service. What a great start to the work week!

ok then, I'm gonna have to agree with the others on this. Call Verizon and explain the problem. or take it to a Verizon store. If the store has a technician there, it may be something that can be fixed on the spot (note, "on the spot" may take some time though)

Simon I have a similar problem when I am using data. After I am done with IE alot of the times I get a white circle with a slash through it in the top right corner and at that time I can not make or accept calls. Are you getting this same icon? Verizon made me reset the phone 3x and update the software once. They sent me a new Q and within an hour I was having the same problem.

Yeah I get the same thing after data as well as voice. Have you gotten a resolution to your problem yet? I'm gonna call Verizon today I think.

I called today and was very calm and cool. I just told them I was having the same problem and they said instead of a refurb they are sending me a new Q. I have the original black one. The CSR came back and said they were out of new ones and wanted to know if it would be ok to send me the new 9c. I acted real cool and said I guess that would be ok. It will be here tomorrow. YEEEAAAH.
