Default No Quick Notes feature on the Q?

on the blackjack, there was a feature to type in just simple quick notes to yourself and save them as separate drafts. Does the Q not have this feature? I'm not able to find it. help!

Sounds like that was a device or carrier specific feature. The WM Smartphone O/S does not come with a notes application. I use Orneta Notepad.

As mentioned previously, Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone does not have a notes application (unlike WM5 PPC, which does have a notes app). If the BlackJack has a notes app, it's not one provided by the O/S. It would be something added on by either the maker of the BlackJack, or by the carrier.

For the Q you have to acquire a third party notes app.

Thanks for the help and feedback, but it's not a notes application, it's literally like a small wordpad feature that lets you just type in text to save as drafts, for ex grocery lists, addresses, whatever else.

There are free Notepad apps out there as well as, Smartphone Notes that sync with Outlook Notes, Better task managers that allow full notes in tasks that sync with Outlook, not to mention a Word compatible editor from Dataviz that comes on the QPro.

That's exactly what I use Orneta Notepad for. The version I use (3.0) is a fairly simple text editor. The latest version (3.1 ?) actually has a sync feature, but I've never tried it.
