Default Newbie Questions!!! Please help!

Folks,

I have a few questions I have already searched for, hopefully someone can assist:

1) While charging on the AC charger, my phone shuts off every evening with a battery display on the screen... I have no idea what time this occurs, but I have to power the phone on each morning... quite annoying, any ideas?

2) How can I select multiple messages for deletion in Pocket Outlook? In other words, does the equivalent of the PC "CTRL" or "SHIFT" keys for selecting multiple individual or a range of items, exist?

3) Can I select text on the screen for edit/copy? If so, how???

Yeah, battery display on the screen means the Q has shutdown / powered off and is charging. This "could" be a random shutdown issue that many of us are having, but too little information to tell. How else does the phone work when it is powered on and off the charging cable?

Seems to work fine, otherwise... no shutdowns during the day.

This should not happen--I suggest you return the phone and ask for a new one.

You can't "select" multiple emails. That function is not part of the Smartphone version of Outlook.

This is not part of the Smartphone functionality either.[/quote]
