Well, now I'm feeling a bit foolish.
I hadn't known how to do a hard reset/master reset and didn't think I could do it without getting "into" the phone (thankfully I did have everything I needed backed up).
I just tried it - hello Moto! Unreal. NOBODY at Verizon ever mentioned trying that (I talked to just a
few people there trying to get this figured out). I'm so pissed. I just got a new Q9c FedEx'ed last weekend - without the benefit of my "New every 2" deal (missed it by 5-weeks and $150). Grrr. And: I really like my old Q...I don't know how people ever get used to those velvet-poster-like keys on the 9c. *shudder* LOL
