Need Help Newbie frustrated

I have a ton of contacts and calendar from my old PDA and would like to transfer to the Q but I wasn't given any program with my Q to allow me to do it via computer and then transfer to phone. I don't mind reentering everything but would be much faster on a program than hand entering on Q. Is there any such thing?

Also, is it possible to reply to yahoo email messages while on Q because I cannot seem to get the buttons to highlight reply delete etc.

Won't your old PDA sync with outlook - thought they all did. If you sync with outlook, then re-sync outlook with the Q - you should be good to go.

Doesn't the install disk come with outlook? My last SP did.

You should set up pop service on the phone though the wap is pretty good.
