Question New Voicemail showing but I already deleted it.

So I just set got my Q about a week ago and set up my voicemail on Saturday. Anyway I got a voicemail on Sunday and deleted it, but it's still showing the new voicemail icon at the top and it says "New Voicemail" under the Profile: Normal line.

I tried resetting my phone but nothing happened. How do I get rid of it? It's driving me crazy.

Thanks

Nevermind I figured it out, although I find it a bit strange that the icon doesn't disappear after deleting a voicemail automatically.

Sometimes it takes a little bit to "process it" on the network. But you can always clear the voicemail icon in settings.

It does.

If you're roaming when you delete your voicemail it may not clear the icon.

You can either delete it the way you did, or leave yourself another voicemail and erase it while not roaming, and it will clear the icon.

This is true with most cell voicemail systems.
