Default New user - Moto Q with Sprint HELP!!

We just bought our new cell phone yesterday and signed up for the Ulitmate Pack so we can get the TV and GPS. But we feel so dumb. We cannot get access to it and when we call for tech support they have no idea. We are told to go to the sprint website and download stuff - but when we go there it doesnt give us any option.

I really think this should be easier since I am paying so much.

i think you got very mislead

there is no GPS package with the Q...all you need is the data connection and a bluetooth GPS receiver and a free map application and you are done...like sprint the vzw nav doesnt work with the Q
and from what i have heard sprint TV doesnt work with the Q

Absolutely Correct. You were tricked into a higher plan.

Yes this is correct. You were misled. Call them back and tell them to change your plan to the $15 unlimited data package. Plus just so u know mms doesnt work either, just sms. No picture mail or tv on the Q.
