I reminded myself of a few things while writing it. Any suggestions are welcome. I would like to keep the focus on it being for new users. ie, no hacks or advanced content.

Two things already on my list that are popular topics for new readers...

AOL IM and IM in general
Editing Documents

I just want to add that for the Keyboard Lock you can also just press the Home key then space bar.

If your cursor is all the way up on your homescreen you can hit the action key to bring up the wireless manager.

the dialpad "hack" seems to be a reoccurring question from new users.. unless you think it's too involved for a new user.

yeah, the "hack" is much easier with the self-installing .cab file. I guess the mystic of the "hack" is broken when it's as easy as installing 1 .cab file

another thing that may be worth adding is that if you install the PHM RegEdit MSi on the pc that you need to copy: regedit.Stngr_ARM.CAB to the Q and install it there..
