New To This... please help

I just bought my Moto Q a couple days ago
I guess im just trying to figure out what the best email server
to use is because im using aol at the moment and i cant
get it to come through the outlook box on my Q
it only comes through its own folder "AOL IMAP"
i would like help on how to get it to sync into the outlook box
so i am informed when i get a new email. and also what is the fastest
email server. i guess the only other ? that i have is do i
have to click send/recieve everytime i want to check if i have
an email or how can i get it to come as soon as someone sends it to
me. this is probably posted somewhere else but i was unable to find it.
please help me out
