 |  New sound problem... As of this morning I can no longer hear a preview of my sound options. To clarify I can hear the sound but only if the speaker is right next to my ear. I know it's playing and it works properly when an alarm goes off or a call comes in. Did I accidentally turn something down? I have dug around the menus to see if maybe I had but found nothing obvious.?. |

|  didn't work. as soon as I push on the scroll wheel it just selects either A: whatever was highlighted when I pushed or B: whatever was highlighted when I stopped spinning the wheel. any other ideas out there? |

  | Check the profile you have selected and/or the settings under "edit" for the profile. If on the normal profile you could have changed the volume level. If on another profile then it might be preset lower.

| Got it! It was a little of both. I figured out how to turn the ear piece volume back up. Before I figured it out though I reset my "Normal" profile to default which had the volumes all set lower. Duh. lol. Thanx rudeboy, kscwv |
