Question New sound problem...

As of this morning I can no longer hear a preview of my sound options. To clarify I can hear the sound but only if the speaker is right next to my ear. I know it's playing and it works properly when an alarm goes off or a call comes in. Did I accidentally turn something down? I have dug around the menus to see if maybe I had but found nothing obvious.?.

didn't work. as soon as I push on the scroll wheel it just selects either A: whatever was highlighted when I pushed or B: whatever was highlighted when I stopped spinning the wheel.

any other ideas out there?

Check the profile you have selected and/or the settings under "edit" for the profile. If on the normal profile you could have changed the volume level. If on another profile then it might be preset lower.

Got it! It was a little of both. I figured out how to turn the ear piece volume back up. Before I figured it out though I reset my "Normal" profile to default which had the volumes all set lower. Duh. lol.
Thanx rudeboy, kscwv
