Default New Q User- Gmail problems

Just got my phone (Alltel) and read a how-to on gmail setup and it worked all my inbox was transfered to the phone but when I try to send a picture message (number@message.alltel.com) or any email it just goes to the outbox. Any ideas? Thanks.

ok. so you are using your gmail account on the phone to send a picture to someone's Alltel phone as a picture message? Why not just send it as a picture message from your phone to their phone?
you could try @mms.alltel.com and see if that works. Verizon, and Sprint have separate email addresses for text and for pictures so Alltel might be the same way.

edit: sorry just found out that Alltel doesn't allow picture messaging on their Q.
